    • Resin art / wood printing or special custom items may take a little longer.

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

    • Standard delivery within 5–7 business days across India.

    • Local delivery in Rajahmundry available within 2–3 business days.

    • Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.

  3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and product weight.

  4. Delays

    • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

    • We will notify customers in case of significant delays.

    • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

    • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
