• We specialize in customized gifts such as engraving, resin art, wood printing, and other personalized items.

• Product images on the website are for illustration purposes; actual colors, sizes, or textures may slightly vary.

• Customization details (names, photos, messages) must be provided correctly by the customer. We are not responsible for errors in submitted information.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received through our secure payment gateway (PayU).

• We do not store your card or banking details. Payments are processed securely by PayU.

• In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (customized items may take longer).

• Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Non-custom items (if applicable) can be returned within 7 days in original condition.

• Orders for customized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of Rainbow Colour Lab.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Rainbow Colour Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
